Marco joined the Hotel Industry several years ago as a full-time server at the pool complex and quickly realized how much he loved working with people.

Marco sought out leadership and asked, “what else can I do?” His team quickly capitalized on that and gave him a new opportunity.

Marco has a fulfilling career in hospitality and has dreams of becoming a hotel general manager one day.
