Itching to get out of the small Florida town he grew up in, Kelbie Reynolds began his hotel career in the dishpit as soon as he completed high school. The industry offered him opportunities to live in Alaska for a stint, own a business, and come back to do what he does best: connect with people. He is now the general manager of the Hilton in Jacksonville, Florida. You can find him smiling at the front desk, welcoming his guests to their home away from home.
